Time Restrictions
Set up time can start 2 hours prior to event start time.
Friday and Saturday event must end by 11:00PM
Sunday thru Thursday event must end by 9:00PM
Rental Fees
The rental fee ranges from $ 2.250 to $ 3.000 for reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time.
Please note, pricing varies depending on the day of the week and time of year. Pricing listed is for peak season. Inquire with venue for off peak pricing during select months. There is a guest count minimum applied to all events. Please note, venue is only available from March thru December.
Rates
Rates include the use of Tables and chairs. Air conditioning or heating can be provided as needed during the day of the event for an additional cost. Our staff team will be available at all times during your event. Please note rates are subject to change.
For 2022/2023 the rates are as follows:

All-inclusive Prices
- $40 – 110/ per person choice of vendor, meals and beverages.
- Packages are all-inclusive.
- We will hire for your event, the vendors with meals and beverages. You make the final decision.
