“The Barn at the Falls” offers multiple rustic indoor and outdoor spaces for your special event in 2022 and 2023. See our new reduced rates.

We like to make it affordable for our guest, who wants the romantic relaxed casual surroundings and personal feel in the Barn at the Falls. The Waterfall area with his beautiful field, or the Outdoor space next to Leonard’s creek.

If you have any type of celebration a wedding, party or anniversary, a reunion, you will enjoy a lovely summer or autumn day your occurrence.
Rates include the use of Tables and chairs for the Barn.

Air conditioning or heating can be provided as needed during the day of the event for an additional cost. Our staff team will be available at all times during your event.

Please note rates are subject to change.

Portable A/C or heating units can be rented for event.

Listen to the water, appreciate the wonderful encompassing aera with stone walls, white Farm fencing, stone boulders and green grass.

Celebrate an Italian open-air wedding or Irish Theme Party or something else. Your creative ability cannot halt here.

The Leonard’s creek area

Our open Outdoor space, next to Leonard’s creek is the perfect private enclosed area on our Farm. Encircled with stone walls and various types of pine trees a perfect place for an event. If you have any type of celebration a wedding, party or anniversary, a reunion, you will enjoy a lovely summer or autumn day your occurrence.

Summer and Fall rates:

Book both or all three places for your amazing event and we will discount generous the price.

Indoor/Outdoor Ceremony, Indoor Reception

Wedding Ceremony Fee, has to be discussed with wedding planner and the fee can be direct negotiated with Vendor.  ($ 1200 to $ 2400 per event)

All-inclusive Prices for food and beverages (No renting fees for event space are included)

$ 40 – 110/ per person choice of vendor, meals and beverages.

Packages are all-inclusive. Catered by professional vendors.

A licensed Bartender will serve your guests alcoholic beverages

We will hire for your event, the vendors for meals and beverages at your choice. You make the final decision. From smaller, medium to high budget.

Time Restrictions

Set up time can start 2 hours prior to event start time.

Friday and Saturday event must end by 11:00PM

Sunday thru Thursday event must end by 9:00PM
